Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure predictive maintenance device capable of avoiding waste of an instrument unit exchange by predicting accurately a failure of the instrument unit of an electronic instrument, and by using the instrument unit just before the failure.
SOLUTION: This maintenance device executes failure prediction of each instrument unit 2 based on the exchange date data of the last time of each instrument unit 2 from an exchange data memorized memory 3, the environment data from an environment sensor 4, the MTBF data from an MTBF data memorized memory (means time between failures of each instrument unit) 6, the operation time data from an operation time totalized result memorized memory 8, and the past failure data from a past failure data memorized memory 7, and displays it on an indicator 10.
