To develop fall prevention equipment considering falling accident prevention of workers and explosion prevention for refueling/inspection work on a tanker.
A horizontal rail 1 having a guide groove 11 opening continuously in the longitudinal direction of the lower face of a cylindrical matter is fixed and arranged at a structure with a rail gripping metal fitting 14, a belt winder 3 which incorporates a centrifugal clutch mechanism and from and into which a belt 32 of a prescribed length can freely be pulled out and housed is connected with the ring part 23 of a moving member 2 freely moving within the guide groove 11, and a hooking tool 33 at the tip of the belt is connected with the safety belt 4 of the worker to prevent the worker from falling. Electric conduction fiber is adopted to worker's clothes, the electric conduction fiber is incorporated into the belt 43 of the safety belt 4 and the belt 32 to be housed in the belt winder 3, and the main parts of a hook 33, the belt winder 3 and the moving member 2 are made of copper to charge the static electricity of the worker to the structure for preventing falling of the worker in the state of explosion-prevention.
