Abstract:

PURPOSE: To increase remarkably the far-infrared radiation quantity by flocking a pile 3 at least over one of a far-infrared sheet in a proper manner.

CONSTITUTION: Far-infrared pile set fabric is a product made by flocking a pile 3 on the adhesive face of a far-infrared sheet S, and the far-infrared sheet S is made by applying an adhesive 2 over one face of a base fabric 1, which is a unwoven fabric consisting of the fiber having Al2O3-SiO2 etc., as main material, or by applying the adhesive 2 mixed with a far-infrared material on one side of the base fabric, which is an ordinary unwoven or woven material. For example, the adhesive 2 is made by adding ZrO2 to 100 parts of 45% acrylic emulsion and 3 parts of epoxy resin and further mixing it with 3 parts of a thickening agent is applied on one surface of the base fabric 1 of unwoven fabric of ester fibers, and then the far-infrared pile-flocking fabric is made by setting a rayon pile 3 over the adhesive face 2 at a density of 70g/m2.
