PURPOSE: To uniformize thrust force to be applied to fluid to be transported by dividing a path for passing conductive fluid of annular path circumferentially into a plurality. and so disposing electrodes as to conduct them in the circumferential direction of the annular path.
CONSTITUTION: An annular space formed between two stainless steel tubes 10 and 11 having sectional shapes of different diameters to be associated concentrically is divided circumferentially into a plurality by partitions 12, thereby forming fluid passages 13a∼13d and relays 14a∼14d. Conductive fluid is filled in the passages 13a∼13d and the relays 14a∼14d. Elements 15a∼15d are disposed on the surface of the tube 10 for forming the outer peripheral walls of the relays 14a∼14d, and external yokes 17, 17' on which inner yoke 16, 16' and coils 18, 18' are respectively wound are disposed in the interior and exterior of the space formed of the tubes 10. 11.
