Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which avoids the excessive pulling of a threaded pin upon fastening, even without using a torque wrench, when connected to a base body of a combing machine.SOLUTION: A combing cylinder 1 of a combing machine comprises: a base body 5 which is arranged in parallel to a rotation axis D of the combing cylinder 1, and in which combing elements K1-K4 are mounted on an outer circumferential part U; and a retaining element 10 having a threaded hole. While a first end part provided with a screw thread enters the threaded hole, a threaded pin has a center part which passes through a hole 12 oriented in the radial direction of the base body, and is supported with a second end part E2 on an inner support surface 26 of the base body in the area of each hole. The cross section of the second end part partially extends beyond the cross section of each hole. The first end part of each threaded pin has a diameter d1 smaller than that of the center part, and a spring element 30 is provided between the inner support surface of the base body and the second end part of the threaded pin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
