To provide technology that can streamline work by mechanizing the step of making it easier to remove feathers from feather products.SOLUTION: A feather recovery device 1 comprises support means 10 for supporting the feather inclusion body, feeding means 20 for moving the feather inclusion body along the support means 10, first cutting means 30 for cutting the feather inclusion film of the feather inclusion body along the feeding direction by the feeding means 20, second cutting means 40 for cutting along the crossing direction with respect to the feeding direction by the feeding means 20, control means 50 for controlling at least the mutual movement of the feeding means 20 and the second cutting means 40, and feather removing means 60 for removing feathers from the feather inclusion body from which the feather inclusion film has been cut.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
