Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeding device (depositor)for a food fluid excellent in economic efficiency and handling property, and to provide a feeding method for the food fluid.
SOLUTION: The food fluid feeding device 1 subdivides the food fluid (contents) into a given amount by squeezing out from a bag 10 filled with the food fluid. The device 1 has a cramp 20 hanging the bag 10 putting an opening down, a pushing roller 90 pushing the contents of the bag towards the opening, a pusher 50 controlling to a given size the width of the space between both the sides of a part (lead part) connecting to the opening of the bag 10 and squeezing out the contents of the controlled part of the bag, and bottom and top shutters 40 and 30 each putting together and closing both the sides of the bag on a part (bottom) near the opening of the bag 10 and a part (top) far from the opening. The external form of the fixed quantity space of the bag 10 is almost decided by the pusher 50 and the top and down shutters 30 and 40, and the volume of the fixed quantity space can be controlled to a range close to the volume of appropriate level target.
