Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide felt for paper making superior in transportability to a paper machine and durability as press felt for paper making.SOLUTION: Felt for paper making 1 comprises a base cloth layer 11 and a front batt layer 13 placed on a paper making face side of the base cloth layer 11. The outer layer part of the front batt layer 13 contains fiber bound by thermoplastic polyamide component 19. It is preferable that the thermoplastic polyamide component contain polyamide-based elastomer containing polyamide block and polyether block.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
