Also, the fixing means are a plurality of studs 14 and retainers 15 arranged at equal intervals on a face contacting the upper wheel arch covers. Step parts 16 coming into close contact with each other in a constant section are formed at one tip end of the upper wheel arch covers, in a manner that abutting faces at both tip ends correspond to each other.
