PURPOSE: To dispense with an external apparatus for generating a suction pressure and to facilitate the control of the amt. of taking-in an adhesive by making a combination of ferrule and a holding part itself to be a suction pressure- generating mechanism.

CONSTITUTION: A ferrule 1 is inserted and held in a holding part 3 through a seal 4 and a chamber part 5 is formed by the ferrule 1, the holding part 3 and the seal 4. While the ferrule 1 is inserted in the holding part 3 by a specified amt. (a) of insertion, a specified amt. of adhesive 6 is applied on a part of a fine hole of the outer atmospheric side of the ferrule part by means of a dispenser 7 to shield the chamber 5 for the outer atmosphere. Then, as the vol. of the chamber part 5 increases and the pressure becomes lower than the pressure of the outer atmosphere by taking the ferrule 1 out from the holding part 3 the adhesive 6 is pulled into the fine hole 2 of the ferrule 1 and filled thereinto by the pressure difference. An external apparatus for generating a suction pressure is made thereby unnecessary and the control of the amt. of taking-in of the adhesive becomes easy.
