Abstract:
To provide a fiber member, a brush member, a filter member, a seal member and an image forming apparatus that are novel, have superior electrical characteristics, and can be applied for a variety of uses.SOLUTION: A fiber raising member 10 according to the present invention has an anionic group, and includes at least an undyed polyester fiber having negative chargeability. The fiber raising member 10 according to the present invention can improve the negative chargeability when frictional electrification is performed, by including the polyester fiber.
