Abstract:
To provide a fiber-reinforced base material and a fiber-reinforced laminate which not only can obtain a fiber-reinforced resin that has good matrix resin impregnatability and are excellent in dynamic characteristics (in particular, compressive strength after impact: CAI) with good productivity but also are in excellent in handleability (in particular, shape stability).SOLUTION: There are provided a fiber-reinforced base material in which a porous resin material is arranged on at least one surface of a fiber-reinforced assembly selected from [1] reinforcing fiber threads, [2] reinforcing fiber thread groups and [3] a fiber-reinforced cloth formed of [1] or [2], in which the resin material is a polyarylene sulfide resin having a carboxyl group content of more than 35 μmol/g and less than 400 μmol/g and a weight average molecular weight of 10,000 or more and less than 100,000; and a laminate thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
