Abstract:

To obtain a reinforced concrete material wherein mechanical characteristics of bend strength, bend toughness, etc., are improved by a method wherein after treating a fiber constituting a reinforcing mesh with an uncured epoxy resin, concrete is placed before the resin is cured.

When a concrete material reinforcing concrete with a fiber mesh wherein an epoxy resin is stuck thereto and the fiber mesh is impregnated therewith, a fiber mesh reinforced concrete material of 50% or higher bend strength improved rate defined by the formula, and a concrete material reinforced with the fiber mesh are manufactured, after treating the fiber mesh with the uncured epoxy resin, a concrete is placed before the resin is cured. In the formula, St represents a bend strength of the concrete material reinforced with the fiber mesh treated with the epoxy resin, and Su represents a bend strength of the concrete material reinforced with a fiber mesh which is not treated with the epoxy resin.
