Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enhance reinforcing effect with fibers in a case of molding a building material such as a building board having thick board thickness or a roofing material having large unevenness with a fibrous cement molding material.
CONSTITUTION: A bottom mold 17 loading a cement molding material 11 is lifted by a vibration-transmitting arm 21 at a pre-molding position (b) and an upper pressing board 26 is lowered to make the cement molding material 11 be a nipped state between the board 26 and the bottom mold 17. The cement molding material 11 is composed of 1-5 pts.wt. of pulp and 0.25-1 pt.wt. of organic synthetic fibers to the whole solid component and has a ratio of water/ solid component of 0.4-1.5. In this state, vibrations are generated by a vibration- generating motor 23 and the pulp and the organic synthetic fibers in the cement molding material 11 are two-dimensionally oriented along the mold face to make a flat plate-like pre-molded material 32. This pre-molded material 32 is transferred to a press molding machine in the loaded state on the bottom mold 17 and press molded, then the press molded material is cured and hardened.
