PURPOSE: To prevent a film from its unnecessary sensitization by providing a control device stopping a maximum looseness detecting part to project light, when the maximum looseness detecting part detects the film for its maximum looseness, while a minimum looseness detecting part to project light when the minimum looseness detecting part detects the film for its minimum looseness.

CONSTITUTION: The first control part 4 stops projection of light from a maxi mum looseness detecting part 121 immediately after it detects a film for its looseness in a maximum limit. Next, the second control part 4 controls a take over speed of a receiving means 21 equal to or more than the feed out speed of a feed means 11, reducing looseness of the film and starting projection of light of a minimum looseness detecting part 122 just before the film reaches its minimum looseness by the reduction of film looseness. The third control part 4 stops the minimum looseness detecting part to project light immediately when the film is detected for its minimum looseness by the minimum looseness detecting part. Thereafter, the fourth control part 4 controls, reversely to the second control part 4, the take over speed of the receiving means equal to or less than the feed out speed of the feed means, so as to increase the looseness of the film.
