Abstract:
To provide a film having a heat resistant at a level capable of maintaining flatness in a heat process, sufficient flexibility for being used as an adhesive film for dicing or the like, and uniform expandability during expanding, and suitable as a substrate for semiconductor manufacturing process.SOLUTION: There is provided a film containing a polypropylene resin, and having crystal orientation degree 1, which is a crystal orientation degree calculated by the following formula 1 with a half width in a direction angle strength distribution of a (040) surface of a crystal structure derived from an α crystal of polypropylene obtained by a wide angle X ray diffraction method, A(040)°, of 0.500 to 0.700, and a film crystallization degree obtained by the wide angle X ray diffraction method of 55% to 75%.
