Abstract:
PURPOSE:To control a fine movement with a high accuracy by a simple structure by unifying a bend vibration type displacement element whose purpose is both to fix a position and to move, in a pipe, installing plural pieces of said elements by coupling them mechanically, and applying the control voltage. CONSTITUTION:Metals 5, 6 of piezoelectric porcelain plates 1, 2 for constituting a bend vibrator whose main purpose is to fix a position, and piezoelectric porcelain plates 3, 4 for constituting a bend vibrator whose main purpose is to move are unified, are coupled mechanically by each metallic rod 7, and the metallic parts 5, 6 are installed to a circular metallic pipe 8. When voltage is applied to the piezoelectric porcelain plates 1, 2, the tip part is displaced in the direction as indicated with arrows 9, 10, therefore, it is possible to fix a position by holding the wall surface of the metallic pipe 8, and to set it to a free state. Also, when voltage is applied to the piezoelectric porcelain plate 3, the center part is displaced in the direction as indicated with an arrow 11. In this way, it is possible to obtain a fine adjustment device having a high accuracy, which can be utilized for a movement, etc. of a pen of a pen recorder.
