An outside tester 40 is connected to a repeater 50, and when a middle of test signal E9 is outputted through the repeater 50, a receiver 70 for residence judges that test is being executed. At the time of detecting that an operation signal E1 corresponding to the normal end of test and a district sound control signal and a voice alarm signal from a receiver 60 for residence are transmitted, the receiver 70 for residence blinks a display lamp 20 of an outdoor display 80, and rings a speaker 20 of the outdoor display 80 by its own power source. Also, when a receiver 60 for residence is set in a check mode at the time of residence check, a pseudo voice signal which cannot be heard or hardly heard by residents is outputted by the receiver 60.
