Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a structure that is thinner than a thicker structure in which multiple thick gypsum boards are stacked to achieve the same or higher level of heat shield property and fire resistance as the thicker structure.SOLUTION: A fireproof shield structure S comprises: a fireproof shield material 1, which is formed by blending a thermal expansion material made of expanded graphite or vermiculite into a wool mat in which hot-melt heat-resistant inorganic fibers made of rock wool or glass wool pile up and intertwine and by being compacted and expands in a thickness direction by a thermal expanding material on heating; and a plate-like body formed of gypsum boards 5, 5 that are integrally laminated on a rear face (at least one of front and rear faces) of the fireproof shield material 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
