The width of the groove 2a is brought to about 1-2.5 times of the face width of the burner 5, and a radiant heat is effectively used by the shape of a ceramic plate 5b and a reflecting surface 5e of a burner cover 5c so as to evenly subject tea leaves to second drying by heating.
