Title:
FIXED BEARING MARKER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5919833
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To execute simultaneously throwing-in of an adhesive agent such as mortar and fixing of a marker body, and to install the marker both to the almost central part of the hole bottom, by providing an adhesive agent injecting capsule provided with a check valve for making an adhesive agent flow out, and the marker body on which a mark corresponding to the installing direction of a magnet bearing meter is put.

CONSTITUTION: A fixed bearing marker 1 is lowered to the bottom part of a hole by operating a boring rod 7, and a marker body 6 is installed on the ground. In this case, a fixed bearing marker 1 is connected coaxially to the boring rod 7, and it is set to the center of the fixed bearing marker 1, therefore, the marker body 6 is placed in almost the center of the bottom part. When the boring rod 7 is further lowered, a piston 3 lowers, sliding along the inside wall of an adhesive agent injecting capsule 5, and an adhesive agent packed in an internal space 18 flows out through a check valve 22. An adhesive agent layer is formed on the bottom part of the hole, and the lower half part of the marker body 6 is buried in the adhesive agent layer. When it is left as it is in this state for a constant interval of time, the marker body 6 is fixed to the adhesive agent, and a needle of a magnet bearing meter 10 is fixed by a timer mechanism.
