Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use this device without any problem for walking or skiing on the flat ground or the sharp slope by moving a binding plate as a slider in lengthwise direction on a bar and fixing it at several positions in the lengthwise direction. SOLUTION: A sliding board 12 for ski sports instrument 10 is formed from conventional compound sandwich structure and formed from a supporting face 14 and a sliding face 16. The front end is formed into spatula 18 bent upward and a rear end 20 is just bent a little upward. Besides, a bar 22 is fitted through a supporting leg 24 to the sliding board 12 parallelly with the supporting face 14 within the central plane in the lengthwise direction, and a runner 26 is fixed at the front part through a fixing bolt to the bar 22. Then, the runners 26 surround the bar 22 having holes for bolt arranged at regular intervals about from 2cm to 5cm, and a binding plate 34 is hinged and fitted through a fixed shaft 32.
