A demagnetizing material 3K is provided inside a fixing roller 3 so that it can be moved. When the demagnetizing material 3K is brought close to a coil 2 and temperature T of a magnetic shunt alloy layer constituting the magnetic shunt layer 3C is Curie temperature Tc or higher, magnetism of the magnetic shunt alloy constituting the magnetic shunt layer 3C is lost and the magnetic shunt layer 3C becomes a non-magnetic body and a high demagnetization function is demonstrated. When the demagnetizing material 3K is separated from the coil 2, although the induction magnetic flux from the coil 2 passes through the magnetic shunt layer 3C, since the temperature T of the magnetic shunt alloy layer constituting the magnetic shunt layer 3C is Curie temperature Tc or higher and the induction magnetic flux from the demagnetizing material 3K is not caused, the magnetism of the magnetic shunt alloy is not lost and the magnetic shunt alloy remains as a magnetic body.
