To provide a flat panel detector positioning technology capable of improving work efficiency of flat panel detector positioning.SOLUTION: A positioning device 26 of a flat panel detector 13 includes: a guide part 27 provided to a surface side of the flat panel detector 13, which is reflected in an X-ray image and can be measured by optical equipment 7; and a fixing part 28 for fixing the guide part 27 to either a flat panel detector side or a support part side of a positioning part 21 provided between the flat panel detector 13 and its support part 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
