Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with displacement due to unequal settlement of the ground and the like by placing concrete between an inner form an outer form, and connecting together box culvert main bodies through a flexible connecting member.
SOLUTION: An inner form 8 is vertically assembled, reinforcements 6 are arranged outside the inner form 8 and a lower step outer form 9 is assembled, and an intermediate step outer form 10 is assembled on the lower step outer form 9. Next, a flexible connecting member 2 is arranged on the upper end part of the reinorcements 6 along the circumference of the inner form 8, and concrete is placed among the inner form 8, the lower step outer form 9, and the intermediate step outer form 10. In this way, one of a box culvert main body is formed, and then the intermediate step outer form 10 is removed and a joint member 3 is fitted to the upper end of the main body. Thereafter, an upper step outer form 12 is assembled on the lower step outer form 9, and concrete 7 is placed so as to form the other main body. One and the other main bodies are connected through the flexible connecting member 2 so as to form a flexible box culvert.
