Abstract:

To achieve high-density wiring in a flexible wiring object while controlling cost increase.

The flexible wiring object 4 connecting an electric load 32 and an external signal source side is provided with a plurality of wiring materials where a large number of wires are wired on one wide surface of a base, and a plurality of wiring materials 41 and 42 are laminated for an electric load 32 while superimposing the wide surfaces. The wire 56 on the wide surface of each wiring material on the electric load side is provided with bumps 44a and 44b for connection with the electric load 32, and the bump 44b of the wiring material 42 superimposed on the electric load 32 through other wiring material 41 is arranged to face the electric load 32 via a through hole 43 formed in the other wiring material 41.
