Abstract:

To provide a floating body equipped with a chimney for restricting smoke pollution caused by down-wash phenomenon.

A floating body 1 is equipped with a chimney 4 at its one end side. The chimney includes an inner cylinder forming a flow passage of a fluid to be discharged and an outer cylinder covering the circumference of the inner cylinder. A side of the outer cylinder opposite to the one end side described above has a duct for feeding atmosphere. Wind blown through the duct turns into an upward flow by the outer cylinder at a downstream side to form an air curtain so as to enable a down-wash to be restricted.
