Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent floating by installing filler-packed bags expanded by infecting fillers on the outside of a casing tube for a shaft and mounting an arcuate protecting plate slidable in the radial direction of the casing tube on the outsides of the bags.
SOLUTION: Each arcuate protecting plate 12 is disposed among each ring- shaped ribs 15, and supported slidably on the inside and the outside by guide plates while filler-packed bags are set into each plate 12. A casing tube for a shaft is driven by a method of all-casing construction, fillers such as concrete are infected into filler-packed bags, and the filler-packed bags are expanded to the outside. Consequently, the protecting plates 12 are slid to the outside and pushed against a pit wall. Frictional resistance is increased, and floating by buoyancy of a casing tube body 2 for the shaft is prevented. Accordingly, penetration operation deeper than required depth can be unnecessitated, and the term of works and the cost of the execution of works can be reduced.
