Abstract:
To provide a floor panel with joint portions to be mutually joined in an optimum fashion for minimizing intrusion of dust and moisture while preventing a gap therebetween, and to provide its manufacturing method.
This floor finishing material is formed of the hard floor panel having the joint portions 4, 5 in a substantial form of a tongue 9 and a groove 10 cooperating each other at the edges of at least two opposed side faces 2, 3. In the joint portions 4, 5, an integrated mechanical lock means is provided for keeping two joined floor panels perpendicular to the relative edges 2, 3 and preventing them from being shifted to the direction parallel to a lower side face 7 of the joined floor panel 1 and departed therefrom.
