Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a conversion analog output voltage of less ripple components as a function of the flow rate and to realize a high-reliability device by doubling a sensor output pulse train inputted to an input terminal and allowing it to pass through an average value circuit.

CONSTITUTION: The sensor output signal pulse train inputted to an input terminal 30 has the frequency doubled by a frequency multiplying circuit 40 and is given to the base of a transistor (TR) 58 of a waveform shaping circuit 50, and the TR 58 is turned on, and the electric charge of a capacitor 57 is discharged, and the antiphase input potential of an operational amplifier 52 becomes lower than an inphase input potential Vp, and the output potential of the amplifier 52 is H-level during this time, and thus, the monostable operation is realized. Next, the pulse train is inputted to an average value circuit 60 where LPFs are connected in two stages. As a result, an analog voltage output corresponding to a prescribed flow rate is obtained as a linear function in an output 70 of the circuit 60, and the doubling circuit is simplified to realize a high-reliability device.
