Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reduction of a fluctuation pressure by vibration information and adjustment of a propeller revolution angle of a two-screw vessel.SOLUTION: A fluctuation pressure reduction method has: a step at which a vibration sensor system measures a vibration signal for each relative rotational angle of two propellers and transmits vibration signal information to a vibration analysis system; a step at which the vibration analysis system analyzes the vibration signal for each relative rotational angle and decides an optimum relative rotational angle at which minimum vibration occurs, and transmits information thereof to a controller; a step at which an encoder provided on a shaft collects information concerning a rotation number and a rotation angle of the propeller and transmits said information to the controller; a step at which the controller calculates the relative rotational angle of the propeller, compares the relative rotational angle with the optimum relative rotational angle, and transmits a control command for conforming the relative rotational angle to the optimum relative rotational angle to a propeller phase control system; and a step 4 at which the propeller phase control system executes a control for conforming the relative rotational angle of the propeller to the optimum relative rotational signal according to the control command.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
