Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simply control fluid by providing a current suppressor to cause a current to flow to the magnetic circuit and to cause no current to flow to a current circuit when an electromagnetic fluid is stopped, thereby operating an electromagnetic brake action at stopping time. CONSTITUTION:In an AC Faraday type electromagnetic pump having a current circuit and a magnetic circuit perpendicularly crossing a duct 2, currents flow to the magnetic coil 10 of the magnetic circuit and the current transformer coil 7 of the current circuit when electromagnetic fluid is driven. When the fluid is stopped no current flows to the coil 7 and a current flows to the coil 10 by a current suppressor 13. Thus, since electromagnetic action is operated to the fluid at stopping time, it is not necessary to provide a mechanical movable portion such as a fluid regulating valve or a check valve to improve the reliability.
