Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin material attached foam formed article that includes, as a skin material, a thermoplastic resin sheet by powder slush forming which provides a high level designability surface, and in which the designability of the surface is not impaired.SOLUTION: Provided is a skin material attached foam formed article 10 obtained by bonding a skin material 1 formed by powder slush forming a thermoplastic resin powder using a heated forming mold, and a thermoplastic resin foam formed article 2 pre-formed into a shape corresponding to the rear surface of the skin material, by pressing, within the forming mold, the foam formed article to the rear surface of the skin material under a temperature condition in which the skin material rear surface 1b and the foam formed article exterior surface are bondable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
