Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folic acid composite overcoming the defects of known composites and exhibiting various advantage such as improved labeling capability at low ligand concentration, stabilization of a composite structure, good distribution in organism, increased uptake into a target tissue and good clearance from non-target tissues and organs, and a metal-chelate complex as a radionuclide complex which can be used for an image formation method of a tumor tissue or radiotherapy as a tumor imaging agent.SOLUTION: There is provided a pharmaceutical composition containing a folic acid composite represented by the general formula I and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. In the formula I, F is folic acid and a derivative thereof, Zto Zare each independently C or N, Sto Sare each independently a single bond or a spacer, R, Rand Rare each independently a donor group and/or another F group, Ris arbitrarily another F group, and n is 1 or 2.
