Abstract:

To provide a food storage body for cooking by a microwave oven, which has sealability so as to prevent a food from coming into contact with air, is neither burst nor broken by an internal pressure even by heating by a microwave oven and can be degassed.

This food storage body for cooking by a microwave oven is characterized in that the food storage body is equipped with a sealing part at least at a part, comprises an air-impermeable packing material and is made by sealing by the sealing part and the seal strength of the sealing part is reduced by heating by a microwave oven.
