Abstract:

To prevent the occurrence of pain by the excessive decrease in the volume in footgear when insoles are used and the consequent tightening of feet and to allow the microadjustment of heights by individual differences.

The footgear is moved up and down little by little not only one side but on both sides as well, by which the excessive decrease in its volume is prevented. The insoles are prepared to discretely allow the fine adjustment.
