Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate leakage of concrete by easily assembling and separating a front form without using a crane, facilitating positioning of the front form, and surely and strongly fastening a steel shell and the front form in manufacturing a steel concrete synthetic segment such as an NM segment.
SOLUTION: The steel shell 1 is placed on a base 2 composed of a pair of guide rails 20, and is supported by a support frame body 3, and is fixed by a falling preventive member. A front opening part of the steel shell 1 is blocked up by a face plate 50 by sliding a slidable front form 5 to this steel shell 1. The support frame body 3 and the front form 5 are fastened by sandwiching the steel shell 1 by a fastening member 6 composed of a bolt 60, a nut 61 and a locking member 62. Concrete is filled in an inside sealed space formed of the steel shell 1 and the face plate 50. After curing the concrete, a fixation by the fastening member 6 is released, and the slidable front form 5 is slid in the direction for separating from the steel shell 1.
