Abstract:
PURPOSE: To stabilize the surface patterns of a matrix in a method for forming a metal mold for producing optical disks.
CONSTITUTION: The method for forming the metal mold for producing the optical disks includes a step of preparing the matrix formed with surface patterns by a photoresist, a step for drying the surface patterns of the photoresist of the matrix, the step of baking the surface patterns of the photoresist of the matrix and a step for forming the metal mold having the surface patterns corresponding to the surface patterns of the matrix by using the matrix prescribed above.
