Abstract:
To provide a forming method of a three-dimensional shaped object that can remove a support body without damaging a structure body, and that can easily and economically manufacture a three-dimensional shaped object when manufacturing the three-dimensional shaped object by using an inkjet method.SOLUTION: There is provided a forming method of a three-dimensional shaped object, the method comprises a step of forming a three-dimensional shaped object including a structure body and a support body by laminating a plurality of layers. The three-dimensional shaped object including the structure body and the support body is formed by inkjet printing of an ink for the structure body and an ink for the support body forming the three-dimensional shaped object. A light amount can be adjusted during forming the three-dimensional shaped object, for example, when forming a lower layer, the light amount is reduced to delay a curing reaction rate and reduce a curing shrinkage, and the light amount is increased to cure the ink as the shaped object is shaped into an upper layer. A photo-curable resin is sprayed on a very thin layer to precisely print a three-dimensional shaped object including thin walls, overhangs and motion parts. In each layer, an ink composition for the structure body and an ink composition for the support body are jetted together.SELECTED DRAWING: None
