To provide a wear-resistant particulate layer, always uniform, improved in operation and possible to be easily formed.
The method comprises as follows: A coat material is coated on the internal surface of a tubular body to form a coat material layer, a wear-resistant particulate is packed and/or compressed on the internal surface of the tubular body during its adhesion exists, the wear-resistant particulate is densely adhered on the coat material, and thereafter the wear-resistant particulate not yet adhered is discharged outside to form the wear-resistant particulate layer on the internal surface of the tubular body, wherein constituent conditions shown by following (1) to (3) are satisfied at the same time further; (1) the contact pressure is 1.2-5 kg/cm2, (2) the length of the tubular body is about 0.5-10 m and the outer diameter of the tubular body is about 500 mm or below wherein L-2(N+D) is 20 mm or above, and (3) discharging outside of the wear-resistant particulate not yet adhered is carried out with a twisting brush, having the diameter equivalent to the outer diameter (L-2(N+D)) mm or smaller wherein L, N and D show the above meanings, and/or a gas discharging apparatus.
