Abstract:
To provide a free hammer member and a chipper capable of surely crushing and cutting an object to be treated.
The free hammer 10 is composed of an arm part 12, one end part of which is formed with through-holes 18 and is supported freely rotatably around an axis parallel to the device rotation center line, and a hammer head part 16 which is disposed on the other part of the arm part 12 so as to contain an extended part in the axis direction from the arm part 12. The axial line supporting the arm part freely rotatably is revolved around the device rotation center line and, thereupon, the hammer head part 16 crushes or cuts the object to be treated by the force of rotation.
