Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein it is necessary to secure space for one wavelength or more of a frequency band to be measured like a semi-sphere on the upper surface of an antenna board in order to automatically measure the frequency of the antenna board formed of dielectric ceramics, so a handling medium of the antenna board should be far away from the antenna board, or the antenna board should be far away from the handling medium, resulting in increasing the occupying space of the device in the horizontal direction of the device.
SOLUTION: A radial conductor of the antenna board supplied by a rotary hand is connected to the center conductor of a coaxial cable, and with a grounded conductor connected to an external conductor of the coaxial cable, the antenna board is moved to rise in the vertical direction. Thus, the frequency is measured in a position securing a semi-spherical space having a radius equal to or larger than one wavelength of a frequency band to be measured on the upper surface of the board.
