To provide a freshwater transporting and management system by an oil tanker or the like, by which inexpensive freshwater is obtained, unloaded freshwater is provided to a dry or semidry district, farming land requiring a lot of water as farming water, industrial facilities, or to drinking water treatment facilities.
The above purpose can be attained by filling treated domestic waste water in vessels as ballast water of oil tankers, and transporting to a wide range of farming land or planting district in the dry or semidry district as farming water at a low transporting cost. The treated waste water has no malodor and is safe for human bodies, with harmful microorganisms or bacterium like colon bacilli sterilized, even though T-N and T-P remain to some large extent.
