Abstract:
To provide a friction transmission-type reduction gear which can enhance a reduction ratio while being small in size.SOLUTION: A sun roller 10 of a friction transmission-type reduction gear 100 rotates with a rotating shaft 9 as a center. A plurality of planetary rollers 20 are arranged around the sun roller. Internal rings 31, 32 are annular in shapes, and contact with the plurality of planetary rollers. Bearings 61, 62 rotatably support tip parts 221, 222 of the plurality of planetary rollers in axial directions. A carrier 70 supports the bearings, and rotates with the rotating shaft as a center at a rotation number which is the same as a rotation number at which the bearings rotate with the rotating shaft as center. The planetary rollers also have external peripheral parts and shoulder parts 223, 224. The external peripheral parts are located in a center part in an axial direction, and contact with the sun roller. The shoulder parts are located between the tip parts and the center part in the axial directions, smaller than the external peripheral parts in dimensions in radial directions, and contact with the internal rings.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
