A sufficient quantity of working oil is supplied by forming a surface 15a of a driven plate 15 with a porous layer by a gas-nitriding processing. In this case, the formation of the porous layer is performed by gas-nitriding processes of several times so that a porous layer having sufficient hardness and film thickness is formed on the surface layer of the driven plate 15 and so that the sufficient durability of the surface 15a of the driven plate 15 is retained to cope with the aging such as wear. Moreover, an unevenness treatment using a shot-blast or the like is performed on the surface 15a of the driven plate 15 so that irregularities of an arithmetic average height of a sectional curve within a predetermined range are formed to further improve an oil supply on the surface 15a of the driven plate 15.
