Abstract:
To provide a front vehicle body structure which can reduce the weight with a simple constitution and can secure safety upon head-on collision, in a vehicle body of light/small vehicle of short over-hang type.SOLUTION: A front vehicle body structure includes (1) a sub-frame 20 which is mounted on a front side member 10 via a mounting plate 11, (2) a lower crush box 30 which is respectively combined to front ends of both sides of the sub-frame, (3) a radiator support lower member 50 which is connected to the lower crush box along a vehicle width direction and (4) a lower stiffener 70 which is connected to a front end of the lower crush box along the vehicle width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
