Abstract:

To provide confectionery such as fruit sponge cake and fruit Chinese steamed bun intended for pioneering new demand through appealing to demand class who lose an interest in its traditional color, shape and taste and do not try to purchase.

The confectionery such as fruit sponge cake and fruit Chinese steamed bun is finished by using various fruits, vegetables, beans and marine products, and making a product through dividing all or proper grains thereof, cutting into round slices, bringing to a proper shape such as a dice shape, properly seasoning, or subjecting to proper heat treatment, and including the product in confectionery or putting or sticking on/to the periphery. As a result of this, it is possible to solve such a defect that confectionery such as sponge cake, Chinese steamed bun, Japanese muffin containing bean jam, fish-shaped pancake filled with bean jam, squared Japanese cake made from bean jam, doll-shaped pancake filled with bean jam, octopus dumpling and fried bun is not conventionally generally produced with change because any manufacturer is obsessed with a traditional production method.
