Abstract:
PURPOSE: To assure cooking to deliciousness by providing food materials with scorches uniform over the entire surface thereof and passing heat down to the center of the food materials and to prevent scorching of the surface of a frying pan.
CONSTITUTION: Back dots spreading uniformly in the tissue consists of spheroidal graphite 1. This spheroidal graphite 1 makes heat conduction uniform. The lines, like fine earthworms, invisible to eyes in the tissue are formed as pits 2 and oil penetrates into these pits 2 to prevent the scorching of the surface of the frying pan.
