In the pump plate 26 of the feed pump, an inlet port 26b and an outlet port 26c are formed around a shaft hole 26a in which a drive shaft is inserted. The inlet port 26b and the outlet port 26c are respectively separated in a circumferential direction, and a rib 26f is provided to connect both sides (an inside diameter side and an outside diameter side) of the inlet port 26b and the outlet port 26c, that is, the inlet port 26b and the outlet port 26c are respectively divided into two in the circumferential direction by the rib 26f. Accordingly when the feed pump is tightened and fixed on a side of a pump housing with a bolt, a center part of the pump plate 26 can be prevented from being raised without making the thickness of the pump plate 26 thick.
