Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber imparted with arbitrary function without necessitating complicate operation.
SOLUTION: This functional silk fiber is a cocoon fiber spun by a silkworm fed with an artificial feed containing fine particles of functional inorganic material. The artificial feed containing fine particles of functional inorganic material is supplied in the breeding of a silkworm to form a cocoon and the objective cocoon fiber is reeled from the cocoon.
